How To Pay

Online we accept all major credit cards, ( not paypal) through our secure server. If you prefer to give us your credit card details over the phone, or pay by cheque please give us a ring on 01522 514545, it will help us if you place your order online (no need to go to checkout) so we have a record of the items. If paying by cheque please allow a few extra days for your goods as cheques need to both arrive & clear.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind you can cancel an order right up to the point of dispatch. Please ring us on 01522 514545, or call into our shop at 4 Park Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN1 1UF.

V.A.T.

All prices include V.A.T.
B.F.P.O. (British Forces Post Office), please place your order online, but do not go through checkout as V.A.T. is automatically added, instead please ring us on 01522 514545 and we will process your credit card.

Descriptions

Slight variations in colour and size may occur between products especially with handmade beads. There may also be small variations in colour between the product and the website image. Product descriptions such as gold, silver, and turquoise, e.t.c. are subjective colour descriptions and do not necessarily relate to the materials. Beads and findings may discolour over time, we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinately. We advise on products that we feel look good together as we appreciate it is difficult to co-ordinate online, design opinions differ and if you have been guided by our advice, but are dissapointed with our choice please return the goods for a refund.

Despatch

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, this is normally within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Please allow longer at weekends and public holidays.

Delivery

We send some of our parcels by recorded delivery, they will need to be signed for so please give an address where someone will be present e.g. work.
Carriage Costs
£2.50 in total for all orders.
Sorry at the moment we do not sell to customers outside the UK with the exception of B.F.P.O.
Orders Lost in the Post
Please inform us if your order apears to be lost in the post. We are able to make a claim from the Royal Mail when parcels are missing in the post. The entire claim process may take upto 28 days. Once we receive our claim we are in a position to refund your money.

Returns

We appreciate that it can be difficult to buy beads, especially online so we are happy to refund your money on any unused items even if it they are perfect. Please ensure items are in their origional packaging & include a copy of the invoice & state why they have been returned & if you would prefer a refund or replacement. Returned items are to be packaged in a box with sufficient bubble wrap to protect the item in transit, or in a padded envelope. Please post to us within 28 days of purchase to:- The Bead Gallery, 4 Park Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN1 1UF. Sorry but all random bead mixes must be returned in full. A refund of any postage costs will be at our discretion.

Back Orders

We try to stock every item on the website all the time, unfortunately this is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will post it to you as soon as possible, you will not be charged any extra carriage.
